5-Speed Manual

Five-speed models of this car are becoming increasingly rare. This is one of only 61 manual transmission cars of this final model year imported into the U.S. The care and respect given to protect this car’s value is evident in the shine of its original finish, the well-preserved black leather interior, crack-free dash and its prime mechanical condition.

This car is a fine example of the Paul Bracq design e24, considered by many as the most beautiful car ever produced by BMW. Features of the ‘88/’89 models are an increased performance 3.4L 208 HP, M30 engine, euro-style bumpers and includes a second rear a/c with beer cooler. This car is stock except for BBS wheels, window tints, stainless steel brake lines, radio and self-leveling suspension replaced with Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs. Finish is 9/10 with some chips on spoiler.

Originally imported into CA on the last shipment of the year, the car has been in CO since 2007. It has been always garaged and never exposed to snow or inclement weather by its second owner, a BMWCCA car club member since 2006. Complete documentation available as a spreadsheet for review, includes manuals and copies of all maintenance, repairs and accessories, including window sticker.
