This camper is in excellent condition inside and out. The inside is spotless and like brand new!! We have used it a total of five months cumulatively over the past 3 1/2 years. When it wasn't being used it was kept under the carport. It has never been smoked in, and we do not have children. We are downsizing because we are getting older. It seems too nice to let go, it's a little bit sad. But it's reality! It has load leveling electric jacks. the awning, jacks, and slide all work off remote control, or by the control panel. It has an electric tongue jack. Two 30 gallon propane tanks, one is completely full. It has two gray water tanks and one black water tank, and a potable water tank. It has a black water tank flush, and a hook up for solar. It has a bedroom with a closable door, with a queen bed, And a built-in dresser. It has a laundry hamper. And a new mattress. it has a walk-in pantry. It has a surroundsound system with a built-in DVD/cd player/FM stereo with Bluetooth, And outdoor speakers. A brand new 32 inch fire TV, and a TV mount in the bedroom. It has upgraded rigid stairs that adjust to the height and go all the way to the ground. It also has a 30 inch entryway door. Another upgrade is the curtain rod that makes the shower extra wide. Structurally it's made on a twin I-beam Frame with a northern insulation package, and if you camp in the winter that includes a heated floor which keeps all the pipes warm. It's all aluminum framing. It has the upgraded fiberglass front shell, that is as shiny as new!! It has an outdoor kitchen with sink and storage drawers along with additional storage area, an outdoor accessible refrigerator, and outdoor TV mount. It has a pass-through storage under the bed from outside. Extra large refrigerator. Bathroom exhaust vent external shell. It has towel racks for four towels which works out well for a family. It also has a back up camera. All the tires including the spare are less than a year old. It is definitely a must see!! It's basically a 2018 like new camper!! Dry weight is 6373 pounds. It is ready to go camping!! I might be willing to deliver and set up within reason. Or with an additional arrangement.
