Up for sale is my '07 Civic Si. This car is stock, other than the aftermarket radio, which is an android tablet with a backup camera, slight window tint, and new headlights and interior lights. No clear coat fade.
I had a paint correction done last summer with a 5 year ceramic coating. Always garaged, and has never seen snow, but rain only a few times. This car gets driven frequently, but has been meticulous maintained.
The oil is changed every 3,000 miles and has been that way since it was new. It runs and drives great, with no grinds or leaks. All the maintenance has been kept up to date, and only OEM parts used, including OEM Honda Oil Filters for every oil change. Newer tires, brakes, and battery. The clutch is also newer and was replaced at about 90k. Everything works as it should.
On Carfax, I am the 4th owner. Although the last 2 owners were a father and son, who owned it together since about 6k miles, I believe. Clean title. The passenger door was hit years ago but was repainted and matches perfectly. Has a few rock chips and marks that I've included in the pictures.
I also have some extra parts to go with it like the factory radio, a new replacement E-Brake plastic, and all the manuals with a spare key and some touch-up paint.
Miles will go up slightly as I drive it on nice weekends.
